There’s something especially beautiful about photographing such an intimate season beneath mountains this grand. This is one of my favorite places for maternity sessions with a true sense of Leavenworth.
We timed this evening for soft golden light, letting the mountains, open meadow, and their growing family share the frame.

For a brief window in mid-October, Leavenworth looks like this. The mountains and river are surrounded by brilliant golds, reds, and oranges before the leaves disappear for the season.
We timed this maternity session for that fleeting peak of fall, creating a gallery filled with rich color, beautiful scenery, and the anticipation of meeting their little one.

Mountains, wildflowers, river views, or somewhere a little closer to home. We’ll find a spot that fits the look you want. I’m always scouting around Leavenworth and Wenatchee and will send you location ideas based on the season and scenery.
3. PLAN YOUR SESSION
Not sure what to wear? I’m happy to help! Send me outfit ideas, dresses you’re considering, or the overall look you love and we can plan everything together. Partners and kiddos are absolutely welcome too.
4. DURING YOUR SESSION
You do not need to know how to pose. That’s my job! I’ll guide you with posing and prompts throughout your session so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands. We’ll get the beautiful, polished portraits along with plenty of natural moments that actually feel like you.
5. Gallery delivery
Your gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session.
Newborn Sessions from $425
Your maternity photos can look however you want them to. We can head into the mountains around Leavenworth, keep things cozy at home, or create something simple and beautiful in the studio. Bring a couple outfits, your partner, the kids—or make the whole thing just about you.
And if you want to save the whole story, maternity + newborn collections are available, with the option to turn both sessions into one beautiful album.

Most maternity sessions happen between 28–34 weeks. Your bump is beautifully defined, but you’re usually still comfortable enough to walk around and enjoy the session. If you have your heart set on a particular season or Leavenworth location, reach out early—we can plan around both your pregnancy and the scenery.
